Social Security Disability

A worker is eligible to receive a Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefit if he or she has become physically or mentally impaired, resulting in the inability to work.  However, you are not automatically entitled to receive a benefit by being unable to work, even with a statement from a doctor – the Social Security Administration requires the submission and approval of an application.

With the majority of all claims being rejected, the assistance of an experienced attorney can be a great asset, particularly through the appeals process.  The lawyers at Entz Burton & Associates can assist you in the application process, and help you build and present the strongest possible case for your claim.
